How to add a smart plug

1. Add the device and select the device Type.

2. Please set the smart device to setup mode then start the connection process by pressing the power button for 5 seconds. Usually, the light or indicator should blink rapidly.

3. Please double check your phone should connect to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network, not a 5 GHz WiFi, and make sure the password is inputted correctly.

4. Please make sure the WiFi signal is not too weak at the installed location and there is no metal shield, such as metal lamp shade, block the WiFi signal. During the setup process, your phone will wirelessly send information to the smart device and the smart device will try to connect to your WiFi router, please make sure your phone, the smart device and your WiFi router are close to each other.
